Lassi is an Indian yogurt drink with thick and creamy texture. Lassis are good for health especially in hot months of summer.

The recipe is not vegan, it has yogurt but can definitely be made vegan by using non-dairy yogurt!
1 cup yoghurt
1 Tbsp freshly grated turmeric root (or 1½ tsp turmeric powder)
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (or ½ tsp ginger powder)
Rock Salt to taste
Water- 3/4 cup
½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
Pinch of black pepper
Few Ice cubes (optional)
1. Place all the ingredients in a jar of blender and pulse at high speed until smooth
2. Taste and adjust seasoning
3. Serve and Enjoy!
