Ingredients of Oats And Vegetable Porridge
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoon capsicum
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped garlic
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup tomato, chopped
¼ cup carrot, chopped
½ tsp Chopped green chillies
¼ cup Cauliflower
1/4 cup green peas
2 tbsp oil
Water as required
Steps to make Oats and Vegetable Porridge
Put a pan on medium flame and add oil in it. Add onions followed by garlic and green chilies. Saute for a minute or so.
After that add the remaining vegetables in the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in oats and saute for a minute.
To this prepared mixture add water followed by salt and pepper. Mix well and cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
Finally add chopped coriander, to the oats mixture. Mix well.
Then Serve it hot.
