When you wake up in the morning, your body is loaded with hydrochloric acid. If you consume yoghurt on an empty stomach, the beneficial bacteria in the yoghurt can be killed by this acid, thus taking away all the benefits of the yoghurt.

3. Litchi fruit

Early morning, when the body is in fasting state there is a normal tendency for the blood sugar to dip down than the normal level, after several hours of no food intake. 5. Spicy Food
Eating spices and chillies on an empty stomach may irritate the gastric lining of the stomach which can lead to gastritis. They damage the mucus membrane of the digestive tract and can cause heart burn.

6. Citrus fruits
Eating citrus fruits on an empty stomach may increase acid production. Too much fiber and fructose in fruits may also slow down your digestive system if eaten on an empty stomach. You should especially avoid eating fruits with tough fibers like guava and oranges early morning.
7. Raw vegetables
Raw vegetables are good for health, but may not be the best thing to eat on an empty stomach. They are full of coarse fiber which may put an extra load on an empty stomach. They can cause flatulence and abdominal pain when eaten on an empty stomach.
When consumed on an empty stomach, alcohol quickly distributed throughout the entire body, causing the blood vessels to widen and result in temporary feelings of warmth, temporary decrease in pulse rate, as well as blood pressure. It travels through the stomach, kidneys, lungs, liver, and then to the brain.
Having food in the stomach decreases the rate in which alcohol travels through the bloodstream, slows its effects and minimizes the damage it causes to the organs.
9. Soft drinks
Soft drinks are bad for our health no matter what time of the day it may be, but they are even worse when consumed on an empty stomach as the carbonated acids mix with the stomach acids causing various health issues like nausea and gas. This might also lead to stomach discomfort, irritation of the stomach lining, and decreased blood circulation, and increased blood sugar, difficulty in digestion.
We all are aware that too much sugar is bad for you. Consumption on an empty stomach, they loads the body with sugar, thus increasing the pressure on pancreas and the liver.
