INGREDIENTS FOR AVOCADO DATE SMOOTHIE
1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup coconut milk or any milk
2 dates, pitted
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1/2 large avocado, peeled
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Place all ingredients in blender.
Process until creamy smooth.
