This smoothie recipe is rich, chocolatey and oh so hot chocolatey bursting with peanut butter flavor, made with healthy, feel-good ingredients.
1½ cup unsweetened almond milk (You can use any other milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup / honey
¼ cup powdered oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
6 almonds (overnight soaked and peeled)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Place 1 cup almond milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, honey /maple syrup, sunflower seeds, almonds, peanut butter & oats in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan & bring to boil. Immediately after it begins to boil, remove from heat. Add in ½ cup almond milk & stir.
Pour the smoothie into your cup, and serve.
