Peanut butter also provides a good amount of protein, along with essential vitamins and minerals.
3 large ripe bananas
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/2 cup almond milk or water
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions to make Banana Peanut Butter Popsicles
Place the almond milk, bananas, peanut butter, and honey in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust sweetness to taste, if necessary
Spoon the mixture into Popsicle molds. Add a Popsicle stick and freeze until solid.
Remove the mold from the freezer. Dip the bottom of the mold into the hot water for 10 to 20 seconds to loosen. Do not submerge the mold completely. They should pop right out!
