2 medium bananas
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup oats (roasted and powdered)
1 tbsp flaxseeds
6 – 7 almonds (overnight soaked and peeled)
Coconut milk (low fat) – 1 cup
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Steps to make oats smoothie
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into the glass. Sprinkle some shaved dark chocolate over the top.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
