Preparation of milk with dates
Milk – 2 cups
Dates – 8-10
Cardamom powder or cinnamon – a pinch
Soak the dates in warm milk for 30 minutes, if the dates are little hard or dry.
Blend it in the mixer grinder to a smooth paste.
Heat the 2 cups of milk in a pan. Bring it to a boil and add the dates paste and cardamom or cinnamon powder. Mix it thoroughly. Serve hot or lukewarm at night or for breakfast.
