Mashed potato and Bitter Gourd Recipe is a delicious vegetarian recipe. The main ingredients used to prepare this dish are bitter gourd, lemon and spices.

Bitter Gourd – 2
Potato – medium – 2
Gree – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – chopped, 2 tbsp
Salt – as required
1 onion, chopped
1-2 tsp mustard sauce
Boil the potatoes and bitter gourd in a pressure cooker. Mash them immediately when they are hot.
Mix the mustard sauce to mashed vegetable. Add ghee in a pan and then add chopped onion. Then, add the mashed vegetable mixture into it. Stir well so that the water evaporates and ghee is well mixed with the vegetable.
Add salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat immediately.
Add a squeeze of lemon if you like.
A delicious bitter gourd dish is ready. Serve it with plain rice.
