2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup dates syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
How To Make Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, coconut milk, dates syrup, vanilla, and salt. Puree until smooth.
Refrigerate for the thickest and richest pudding.
Top with berries, nut or coconut whipped cream, or toasted coconut, if desired.
