2 cups water
4-5 guava leaves, (washed properly)
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 inch ginger
Bring the water to boil and remove from heat.
Add the guava leaves to the water. If you are using ginger, and cinnamon, you can add it now. Allow the mixture to steep for 20-30 minutes.
