Chaffles are taking the keto-community by storm! This recipe is made in a waffle iron; chaffles consists of eggs, almond flour and shredded cheese.
1 tbsp almond Flour
4 tsp Monk fruit as sweetener
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Blueberries
How to make blueberry chaffles
First, preheat your waffle iron.
While the waffle iron is heating, beat your egg in a small bowl and add the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
Stir everything together well.
After that, spread half of the mixture in your waffle iron and top with half of the berries. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown.
