This Breakfast in a Mug recipe is so quick to prepare on a busy morning! You can cook it in the microwave or bake it in a baking dish. The recipe is easy, delicious, and healthy!
3 boiled Potatoes
1/3 cup diced, cooked ham
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tablespoon milk
1 onion sliced
salt to taste
Chop up boiled Potatoes and add to a lightly greased mug.
Whisk eggs slightly and add to the mug, along with ham, cheese, oregano, red chilli flakes, milk, onion and salt. Stir to combine.
Microwave for about 2-3 minutes or until your eggs are cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
Serve it and enjoy!
