½ tsp powdered green cardamom

1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon grated coconut
Directions to Make Banana Sheera
Heat a little ghee in a pan and roast the cashew nuts, almonds and the raisins in it. Remove and keep them aside.
Next, add some more ghee and fry the semolina in the same pan until it turns golden.
In a saucepan, boil the water with a pinch of saffron. Once the semolina is golden, pour the boiled water to it, stirring continuously to avoid the lumps. Cook until the water is absorbed.
When the water is fully absorbed, add the mashed bananas, sugar and, cardamom powder and let it cook for a few minutes.
Once done, garnish with roasted cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and grated coconut.
Turn off the flame and transfer the halwa to a serving bowl.
Serve it and enjoy!
