This pumpkin spice latte recipe is vegan, easy to make at home, and much cheaper than buying it at a coffee shop.
This homemade Pumpkin Spice latte is a lighter alternative, combining a hint of real pumpkin puree, brewed coffee, any type of milk you like, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup, without using refined sugar or preservatives.
You can use honey or maple syrup, which both easily dissolve into the drink.
1/2 Cup Brewed coffee
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 Tablespoon pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon maple syrup
sprinkle of cinnamon
In a sauce pan, mix together almond milk and pumpkin. Cook on medium heat on the stove top for a minute. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, spices and sweetener, place in a cup and use a blender to foam the milk until foamy. Pour coffee into a large mug, add the foamy milk mixture on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
