A Chaffle is a Low Carb Waffle made with Eggs and Cheese, can be made in a matter of few minutes and is made in a waffle maker. They can be made with any type of grated cheese and can be made in many different flavours. It can be a perfect option for breakfast, loaded with protein and vital nutrients.
Keto chaffle recipe ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp almond flour
Pinch of black pepper and garlic powder
Salt, as required
Seasoning to taste
Preheat the waffle maker. You need to grease it with oil slightly before adding the batter.
In a bowl- whisk the egg until beaten.
Add the cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, almond flour, baking soda and seasoning to the egg, then mix well.
Scoop half of the mixture on the waffle maker, spread evenly.
Cook 3-4 minutes, until it turns golden brown and crispy
Pull it off and allow it to cool.
Add the rest of batter and cook the 2nd waffle.
Serve and enjoy!
