This rose ice cream is a smooth, rich, velvety and delicious treat, full of dreamy rose perfume, that’s delicately flavored with rose water and vanilla. This exotic ice cream recipe can easily be made without an ice cream maker.

Heavy Cream – 400 ml
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 400 ml
Rose Syrup – 3 Tbsp
Rose Water – 1 Tbsp
Instructions to make Rose Ice cream
Place the heavy cream into a large bowl and whisk it until soft.
Add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
Add rose syrup and rose water and stir well to combine.
Pour ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container.
Cover and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
Scoop out ice cream in a cup or cone.
Drizzle with some rose syrup, and enjoy.
