Ingredients for Blackstrap Tofu Recipe
Tofu 450g, sliced
1/4 cup of blackstrap molasses
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbsp of olive oil
How to make
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients except tofu.
Place the tofu in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the tofu, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
