2 cup oats
1 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup honey
3 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup peanut butter
How to make Flax Seeds Balls
Put a pan on medium flame and dry roast oats in it. Remove from fire and keep aside.
In another pan dry roast the flax seeds till they begin to splutter.
Then, take a medium sized bowl and add vanilla essence, peanut butter along with honey in it, and mix with a whisker.
Add in the flax seeds, in the bowl. Now stir in the oats and mix well.
Toss together all the ingredients and place the bowl in the refrigerator and let it stay there for 30 minutes. The mixture must have set and you can make lemon size round balls with them and serve.
You can also add nuts and raisins, if you like to enhance the taste and for better nutrition.
