This chocolate and peanut butter fudge is keto friendly, insanely creamy and has only five ingredients, which is low in carbs and naturally sugar-free! Rich, chocolatey, creamy, totally irresistible and ready in minutes, you won’t believe this peanut butter recipe is healthy.
It is also made without condensed milk and is dairy-free! It is Paleo, Vegan and Gluten-Free. Unlike the traditional fudge, this homemade keto peanut butter version uses no condensed milk, no sugar, no dairy and no flour.

100 ml of coconut oil
200 g peanut butter
100 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp maple syrup
Roasted peanuts, finely chopped
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions to make Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge
Melt the coconut oil and chocolate in a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave oven.
If you don’t have a double boiler, you can put a glass bowl on top of a pot of steaming water. But, make sure that the water doesn’t reach the bowl.
Remove from the stove. Stir in the peanut butter and add the vanilla extract and sweetener to taste.
Pour into a small container lined with parchment paper. Top with finely chopped peanuts.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes until set.

Note: You should choose chocolate with at least 85% cocoa to minimize the sugar content.
