How to prepare banana stem juice
Banana Stem: 1 cup, chopped
Freshly squeezed lime juice: 1 tablespoon
Water: 1 cup
A pinch of salt and
Honey to taste.
In 1 cup of water, soak the banana stem and leave it for an hour to soften it.
