2 ½ cup Almond milk
6 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
2 handfuls mint leaves
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
2 tsp honey
To prepare this ice cream recipe, take a blender jar and add almond milk in it along with mint leaves, honey, and yoghurt. Blend the ingredients well until you get a smooth consistency.
Add matcha green tea powder, vanilla extract in the yoghurt mixture and whisk together until smooth.
Fill Popsicle moulds with the matcha tea and yoghurt mixture and place in freezer for four hours, or until completely frozen.
When the popsicles are set, take them out from the freezer and demould them. Run Popsicle moulds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Remove and serve immediately.
