Ingredients of Beetroot Hummus
1 cup Overnight soaked Chickpeas
2 medium cooked beetroots
2 cloves garlic
Zest and juice from 1 medium-sized lemon
1-3 tablespoon tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Place all ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings and ingredients as desired.
